Ideally, team members of international and diverse teams are aware of respect and tolerance needed toward other peers to have a healthy and smooth working flow. The Five Whys Analysis

Purpose

Find the root cause of a Problem.

The Five Whys is an interrogative technique that trough an iterative process aims at finding the root of a specific problem. The idea is to start with an identified problem and then recurrently point out the direct cause (1st why) of the problem, the direct cause (2nd why) of the cause of the problem and so forth. After finding the fifth cause we reach to a level that is considered the root of the problem. This technique is suitable for finding the root cause of problems whose cause are simple to moderately complex.
